Male Trauma:
I have worked extensively with men who have experienced traumatic events and disruptive relationships. I spent the last five years working with male victims of modern-day slavery. I have worked cross-culturally with male identity and masculinity and provide a non-judgemental space to explore these issues. I work closely with people who have been exploited and manipulated, I can help you build trust in your own judgement and in building more positive relationships.
Freedom from Toxic Religious Experiences
Religion is, in most circumstances, a positive influence for the believer. However, some people can have more a toxic experience. i have helped people recover from disruptive religious experiences and make sense of their own morals and those that conflict with the doctrines promoted in some places of worship.
Common issues.
Many individuals experience. anxiety. Fear, hopelessness flashbacks and poor sleep are just some of the symptoms that can linger with post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptom and guide you through the process of healing.
To cater for the current climate and to help minimise the risk from Covid 19, I have adapted my services to offer Internet and/or telephone Counselling.
My work can be short term: 6 weeks; or much longer depending on the nature of the issues you face. Fees are £45.00 per session, discounted for those essential workers helping us during this pandemic. Men and women who have served in the forces will also receive a discounted rate.
